Most product marketing guidance and education is best suited to organizations that have found product-market fit (PMF). That's not necessarily wrong, but applying those techniques before you've found a foothold in the market could have you stuck in first gear.
This session will detail the key ways in which product marketing is different in a pre-product-market fit environment. The highs are higher, the lows are lower, and the learning comes fast and furious. We'll discuss some frameworks for success and how to think about if you'd rather be a pre or post-PMF PMM.
